Hot-dip galvanized ground screw are also called hot-dip galvanized bolts.Thick outer diameter spiral piles are generally cut, deformed, welded, pickled, hot-dipped and other processes to produce qualified piles.

1.Cut

The long bolt pile is cut according to the length required by the customer.

2.Deformed

After cutting, the tail of the bolt pile becomes sharp by the machine, which is convenient for driving into the ground.

3.welding

After being deformed, the bolt will be welded. The blade and flange of the bolt are welded.

4.hot-dipped

The bolts are degreasing and derusting to show a non-polluting and infiltrating surface. They are immediately immersed in a plating tank where the zinc is melted beforehand. The method of forming a layer of zinc coating on the surface of the workpiece. The advantage of hot-dip galvanizing lies in its strong anti-corrosion ability, and good adhesion and hardness of the galvanized layer.


The processing level of the spiral pile directly determines the service life of the ground screw anchors.
