MARS Energy Group announced the acquisition of Citadel Roofing & Solar, a contractor based in Northern California. This acquisition adds over 1,000 employees to the MARS platform.

The company stated that this collaboration will expand MARS's business footprint in California and further strengthen its integrated platform combining residential roofs and solar power. Citadel's leading position in the newly developed rooftop and solar markets in Northern California complements MARS's extensive capabilities in commercial and residential energy solutions, enabling the combined organization to better support homebuilders across California, broaden its service offerings, and invest in technological and operational excellence.
